Dear Member-Owner,
Looking back over this past year, we are thankful that our strength and stability has made it possible for us to meet your specific financial needs during uncertain times. As we approach 2010, we look forward to providing you our signature products and services designed specifically for the Justice community. Because our focus has been the Justice community for the past 75 years, we will continue to support the many efforts of this group. We hope that 2010 brings increased opportunities for security and prosperity for all.
With 2010 comes the commemoration of our 75th Anniversary, and as we look forward we reflect back at how far we have come-from paper journals to electronic communications- and how we have evolved from our humble beginnings in 1935.
We are developing a number of new features that we’ll launch this year, including a redesigned, more user-friendly Online Banking Platform and a newly redesigned phone system.
As always, when you need to do a quick financial transaction, your options include calling our 24 Hour Automated Voice Response System or accessing one of the 67,000 ATM locations in our growing CO-OP Network. These are the many ways we strive to make life easier for our busiest member-owners.
