Verified by VISA
You will need to re-enroll in the Verified by VISA program if your previous enrollment was prior to June 22, 2007. Verified by VISA provides an added layer of security for protecting your confidential card information when you make online purchases. There is no charge for enrollment.
Please note that every attempt was made to avoid the need for re-enrollment in Verified by VISA. Unfortunately, it was not possible. We regret any inconvenience this change may cause. Thank you for your continued use of your Justice FCU credit cards!

Enhanced Card Security
Justice Federal Credit Union might be calling you. We are using state of-the-art technology to help prevent credit card fraud. Based on previous card usage, if your Justice credit card purchase looks suspicious, we'll try to contact you at home or at your office to verify if its rightful owner used the card - or if the account has fallen into the wrong hands.
If the account is being used fraudulently, we can minimize additional activity from occurring.
What to Expect
In order to verify your identity, a fraud investigator may ask you to verify the following information:

A question requiring you to provide information on a previous transaction or action on your account. Examples would include providing the merchant name from a transaction, dollar amount of large transaction, or merchant name from a unique transaction. |
If you are not available to receive the fraud investigation call, you will receive instructions to call either 1-888-918-7313 or 727-299-2449 to verify the information.
So, if you receive a call asking about purchases made with your Justice Federal Credit Union Visa, please take a moment to talk to our fraud investigator to verify your credit card activity. We care about your account security.

If you are currently signed up to receive eStatements, simply do nothing! You will continue to receive your monthly credit card eStatement notification to the email address on file with Justice FCU.
If you would like to sign up to receive eStatements, simply log in to MemberLink or contact us at 800.550.5328.
Paper Statements
If you currently receive paper statements via U.S. mail, you will continue to do so. Your monthly statement will look slightly different but still contain all of the same information.

Credit Card Online Information
By paying online, you authorize Justice FCU to withdraw your credit card payment from your checking account. You will be able to pay up to the current balance owed.
Payments submitted before 5:00 pm (EST) will be processed the same business day, but your available credit will not change until the following business day. Payments submitted after 5:00 pm (EST) will be processed the following business day but your available credit line will not change until the next business day.
If you submit a payment to be made over a weekend or on a financial institution holiday, the payment will be processed on the second business day following your request to pay the bill.
