A Message from Our President

We have been through a lot since the beginning of the Pandemic— but things are finally looking up. The vaccine is more readily available, states are lifting mask mandates, kids are back to school, and we are getting back to familiar ways of life.

We Are Here For You

If you need to visit one of our branch locations, rest assured we are taking a number of steps aligned with public health agency guidelines to prevent further spread of COVID-19 and to help keep our employees and Members safe. With respect and in consideration of the safety of you and our team members, and CDC recommendations, we will wear a mask to protect you, and ask that you wear one to protect us.

In addition, the following measures are in place at each branch and building location:

  • • Regularly disinfecting areas where transactions occur
  • • Acrylic shields in front of Team Members
  • • 6-Feet social distancing floor decal reminders, at most locations
  • • Limiting the number of Members allowed in the branch at any one time
  • • Hand Sanitizer for use before and after each transaction
  • • Team Member wellness checks to determine any health issues before coming to work
  • • Adjustment of branch hours and services, if needed, based on the local environment

We take our responsibility seriously to make our locations safe and believe our approach continues to offer you safe and reliable access to banking services.
