HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS AS AN EXISTING USER

Smooth Transition

We have been working diligently so you can start using our Digital Banking platform this fall. In the meantime, you can prepare yourself by becoming acquainted with a few changes you can expect and some actions you can take after the platform goes live to ensure a smooth transition.

First Time Log In If you are already registered with Justice Federal’s Online or Mobile Banking, please use your current username and password to log in to our upgraded Digital Banking platform. For security reasons, you will be prompted to verify your identity and select a new password the first time you log in. After completing this one-time verification process, you will be able to log in using your username and updated password as normal.
Inactive Users: If you haven't logged into Online or Mobile Banking within the last 6 months, you will need to register for Digital Banking as a new user.
Mobile App Update After the new Digital Banking platform is live, you will need to update your Mobile App on your smartphone to access the new platform.
Account Alerts Any account alerts that you currently have setup for transactions, balances, loan payments, etc., will need to be re-established after Digital Banking is live.
Browser Support Once the new Digital Banking platform is live, you will no longer be able to access your accounts on the Internet Explorer web browser. You will be prompted to upgrade to the latest Edge browser if you currently use IE.
QuickBooks & Quicken You’ll still enjoy a fully integrated experience with your QuickBooks and/or Quicken account(s) once you’ve take a few simple steps. Modify your QuickBooks and Quicken settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data to the upgraded Digital Banking platform. Quicken Conversion Instructions
Card Alerts and Controls Your card alerts and controls will not transfer to the new platform. After the new platform goes live, you will need to set up controls and alerts.
Credit Card Online Control and make payments to your cards in one simple platform. If you have automatic or future-dated payments scheduled for your credit card, you will have to reestablish them within Digital Banking. Your payments will continue to be made, whether you take this step or not, because they will be saved on a separate platform. However, you will not be able to see them within the Digital Banking platform or make changes to them. Re-establishing these payments will allow you to see and control those payments again.
