Justice Federal Credit Union stands ready to assist New and Existing Members needing financial assistance in FEMA declared counties as a result of recent natural disasters.

The following services are available to new and existing Members:

  • Special Assistance Personal Loans** up to $5,000 at 0% Annual Percentage Rate; payment deferred for 90 days.*

  • Personal loans** from $5,001 - $10,000 at 5.00% Annual Percentage Rate; payment deferred for 90 days*
  • Auto loans** at current Annual Percentage Rates up to 96 months, payment deferred for 90 days*
  • Deferred loan payments** up to 90 days on all existing Justice Federal personal, auto loan and VISA credit cards*
  • Deferred home equity payments** up to 6 months on all existing homes financed by Justice Federal deemed uninhabitable*
  • Mortgage assistance** up to 6 months on all existing homes financed by Justice Federal deemed uninhabitable*
  • No wire transfer fees
  • Refund of Justice Federal imposed ATM fees for members in the affected areas
  • Replacement Justice Federal VISA Credit and Debit Cards sent to Members via Federal Express at no charge

The Credit Union reserves the right to determine need/loss with regard to the current natural disasters. Non-Members, must qualify for Membership. New Members must meet current underwriting standards to qualify for Special Assistance Personal Loan. *Interest will continue to accrue. **Available to Members that are in good standing with the Credit Union.
