Talking ATMs

Talking ATMs are also available at many of our locations. To verify whether a desired location is equipped with this feature, click on our Account Locator*, search for your location and select ‘View Branch Details’.

Make cash or check deposits right at the ATM, anytime of day or night, including weekends and holidays.

ADA Compliant ATMs

Height and Reach

Justice ATMs have been designed to meet the height and reach requirements in accordance with ADA Standards. For wheelchair users, the ATM offers optimized parallel and front approach, providing easy access, security and private space.

Privacy

The ATM screen may be ‘blanked’ by the user or by the insertion of an industry standard connector into an enhanced audio head jack. Voice guidance also provides repeatable and interruptible voice instructions.

Speech Guidance

Operating instructions and orientation, visible transaction prompts, user input verification, error messages, and all displayed information for full use is accessible to and independently usable by individuals with vision impairments.

Speech guidance is delivered through a mechanism that is readily available to all users, including but not limited to, an industry standard connector or a telephone handset.

Input Controls

All keys used to operate the ATM are tactually discernible. Key surfaces are raised above the surrounding surface by a minimum of 1/25 inch (1 mm). The outer edges of key surfaces have a maximum radius of 1/50 inch (0.5 mm).

Numeric / Function Keys

All ATM keypads are arranged in a 12-key ascending layout and have a tactilely distinct number five key. Function keys, characters and symbols contrast visually from their respective surfaces.

Display Screen

Displays are visible from a point located 40 inches above the center of the clear floor space in front of the machine. All characters displayed are sans serif and comply with the 3/16 inch ADA height requirement based on a 16 x 32 display matrix.

Braille Instructions

ATMs have instructions in Braille informing the user to insert his or her personal earphone in the jack in order to hear the speech output.

Justice Federal accepts TRS calls, please call 800.550.5328 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM, EST.

Pay-By-Phone

Pay-by-Phone is a convenient service that allows payments to loans, and deposits to shares, via ACH. Payments are accepted for same day processing through 8:00 PM, EST.

Payments may be made on all consumer loans, except mortgages and VISA credit card accounts, unless these accounts are delinquent. To authorize a payment by phone, please visit your nearest Justice Federal branch or call 800.550.5328, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM, EST.

Payments received before 8:00 PM, EST, on delinquent mortgages or credit cards will be posted the next business day, after 8:00 PM, EST payments will be posted on the second business day.

Secure Email

We are fully committed to providing the safest, most secure environment for all your banking needs.
